SpamTrap setup instructions

Netscape Communicator 4 for Windows

1. Open Netscape 4.
2. Open the Edit menu and then select Preferences.
3. On the top left of this screen, double-click the Mail & Newsgroups option then click the Mail Servers option.
4. On the right hand side of the screen that appears, click the Edit button.
5. Note: before you proceed, we recommend you write down your email settings as they currently appear in your email program. That way, it will be easy to change back later if you need to.
6. Go to User Name:, place your cursor at the end of this entry, type in the @ character followed by exactly what appears in your incoming mail server field.
7. Place your cursor in the Server Name: field, delete everything that is there and type in pop.spamtrap.net.au.
8. Click the OK button.
9. Click the OK button again.
10. Congratulations. SpamTrap is now able to remove spam on your behalf.
